non toxic dog toys
Jul. 18th, 2013 10:09 pmA non fandom post.
I've been online looking for replacements for my dog's toys. Due to his allergies I've had to be very careful what I buy.
Here are some links I found while searching for non toxic pet toys:
http://www.healthystuff.org/findings.091609.stuff.php
http://www.whole-dog-journal.com/issues/11_4/features/Dog-Toys-Containing-Toxic-Chemicals_16021-1.html
http://www.poisonedpets.com/toxic-toys/
I found this site which claims to test aII their toys for toxins. They also list toys manufactured in the US.

He's not a chewer, he loves soft squeak toys but it's impossible to find anything not made in China. I've had to compromise and buy him children's toys, presumably those are held to a higher standard.
For now we will just have to make his old squeakers last and buy non squeaky stuff from here:

ETA- I've bought 2 of these adorable squeaky toys based on good reviews and what I've read on the net.

The company cIaims it's "responsibIy made in China". They're a1so available at happydogsplay.com.
